Paint pros of Tampa Bay is doing a major painting project involving 13 buildings in our condo complex. Today while working on the exterior of bldg 1 I found they were cleaning their supplies and contaminating the retention ponds which drain into Tampa Bay, besides polluting the grounds behind our building.
