D. My suggestion is:
R. Why are the cable and telephone companies allowed to leave cables on top of the ground for 6plus months at a time with no penalty. We have reported an issue several time and the city that I live in and pay taxes to will not fix. Several of my neighbors have complained about the same issues and they are never addressed. Please help us figure out what to do. Thanks
