This noise is from the North West treatment plant behind Azalea Middle School. I called and went to the facility yesterday at 830 and was told this was being done on a weekend in the early morning to save $. What a lame excuse. Whoever thought doing this at 0800 on a weekend FOR TWO DAYS should be relieved of making such decisions. Thoughtless and further irritating to folks already pretty angry at the city water treatment team for dumping 130 million gallons of sewage in the bay.
