Part of the problem is the poor trail crossing design at Court and Littleton Blvd. The trail needs to swing north along the west side of Court and cross at the speed bump to the court house. The current crossing (construction or not) puts pedestrians and bike riders essentially out into Littleton Blvd given the street geometry

Flaggers should be required until construction is complete.
