In our community some folks running child day care in heir apartment home with out license.

The running day care for age 1 to 5 years. Day Care fees collected as cash.

In the past couple of years the illegal day care facilities are increased.

I know couple of people doing this in my apartment community

I would like to know to whom I need to make the complaint about unlicensed day care
