As you travel south on Mulford and approach Harrison Ave, there is a median that is unmarked which is dangerous because it is on a curve and hill. Many cars have run over it. Tim Hanson (public works) was told about this issue a year ago on WNTA and he refuses to fix it. We need to get this fixed before a major car accident happens. Tim Hanson is a disgrace to the Rockford Public Works Department.
