I had a knuckle head block me in my driveway, I kept honking my horn until a man came out and said he was sorry. I was ticked off, but let it go. I came back from my Dunkin' Donuts run and the same car was blocking me from getting into my driveway. I beeped for about 10 minutes, finally I had to call the cops . My quick run turned into over an hour. It doesn't make sense.

There is a business owner on cottage street whose guests and customers do the same all day and all night.
When asked to park appropriately, I have been told that they don't understand English..... and also been called a racist. I don't understand this kind of response, honestly.
I have been late for work several times, not to mention feeling like I am held hostage in my own driveway.
The last time I called EPD, they did show up. However by the time they did, it had already been about 1.5 hours.
I understand that this isn't an emergency but I am at my wits end as to what to do.

I share your frustrations.
