They never address these issues but worth trying any way. What usually happens is someone named Mary from the DPW closes the issue saying it was fixed even when the repair hasn't been made. Ridiculous, I know. Here's a link to a pothole report I made several months ago in exactly the same spot (Bonner Ave). Check out the history and you'll see they simply try to close these things and think citizens will turn a blind eye. Let's keep the pressure on to make our streets safe.

This issue was sent almost a month ago, the pothole will soon be big enough to swallow cars, this process is turning out to be useless. Well done Medford.
