How much time to correct violations? Do we have to look at this trash all through the holidays? Looks so nice among all the Christmas decorations!!

Time for the garbage in the yard has expired. The violation will be referred to municipal court. A notice to appear will be issued to the owner of the property.
The city does not remove garbage from private property. This violation will remain until the owner properly removes it or properly bundles it for the trash service to discard of it.
