Good day
We live at 179 High st since Sept 1st
Each Monday and again Wednesday at between 3am-4am waste management picks up a dumpster for Trinity management and Brennan's bar in the Alley behind High st creating a loud crash jolting us out of bed
We have voiced and written complaints to both our landlord , Trinity management and to Brennan's with no change or solution
We suggested that Waste Management change to a more acceptable pick up time like Republic waste pick up commits to and Fernandez restaurant does between 6am -11pm
We are have fatigue problems during business hours due to lack of proper sleep
We have even tried ear plugs but are still jolted out of bed in early dawn morning hours by the loud crashing of the dumpster to the ground which echoes because of the High narrow walls of the alley way
Please help
Does this problem fit into noise code violations?
