Description

Timing of signal during early morning too slow. Signal used to allow crossing of Holcomb Rd (Hwy 92) from Mountain Park Rd or Bowen Rd within 10-20 seconds after stopping on sensors. Now crossing H92 takes several minutes (3-5 minutes), same as during peak traffic.
