I have attempted speaking to my neighbors about their dog since July of this year. Normally the problem is loud, excessive barking that occurs right next to my bedroom window beginning at 6 in the morning but occurring randomly throughout the day. When they finally acknowledged my complaints, they assured me that their dog "lived inside". Well, here it is relieving itself on my front lawn. I have attached the photo to this report. I have hundreds more photos. I was only able to attach one to this report, but I took dozens of it leaving my lawn and returning to the house next door. It is impossible to take pictures of barking, however, I have many videos of that if anyone would like to see those. Please contact me if there is more that I can do or provide.
