Thank you for reporting this. They have been leaving syringes in my back alley by my trash can (since they fill theirs to the brim), and despite my complaint from many months ago being "acknowledged" on here, and several calls to the city's sanitation department, nobody came to clean it up. I should NEVER have to pick up, or even see, somebody's used needles! This property is literally THE WORST in the city. You're right - they scream and fight and yell and bang at all hours of the day and night. I've contacted the neighborhood watch and our neighborhood policeman, and yet this crap is still getting worse. They've been without power for a week now... which I'm pretty sure is also ILLEGAL. Please help, Major Kriseman!
