A new home was built this past summer across from the Studio Restaurant. They did something that damaged the water drainage, ? underground water. There is always water in the street in front of there home, sometimes a mini flood. It never is dry. Now there is about 20 feet of ice in front of the house in the street which stretches across the entire street. Whatever they did needs to be fixed by the property owner. It is a permanent hazard which is even worse now that it is frozen. When it snows you won't be able to tell where the ice is. It is a safety issue. Thanks for you assistance.
