VW Dig said this was the blue stake numbers that they were working under.

An outage was caused when they dug us up between building is 32 and 39. They hit live .625 feeder that wasn't feeding customers yet. But it was connected to a bank of taps and a DC 9 that was feeding customers. It pulled the fitting out of the mini Bridger and disconnected the DC 9 that was feeding customers in triplexes.
I called the on-call manager and she called the NOC and a maintenance tech was deployed. It was Shannon and Monahan.
I removed the damaged cable and had VW dig fix the conduit.
I help Shannon Monahan resplice the damaged DC 9 at the mini-bridger location and get the customers back up. We placed a terminator on the leg that needs to be replaced.
I knocked on a customers door to verify their services were up and running.
I sent a text to the on-call manager letting her know that we were back up and running at about 7 PM.
This is a picture looking from the damaged mini-Bridger location towards the backhoe. In the foreground you can see some old blue stake flags. And they are old flags. There is no paint in the area indicating that the line had been marked.
This is a picture of my damage cone pointing to the damaged cable and conduit on the side of the trench after I had the operator move the dirt back creating a safe environment.
