Description

I called back in September 2016- reported the street light out on my property. Said it would be about two weeks to repair. I kept calling and got the same answer. Then, in the beginning of November I receive a message on my house phone saying there is an "underground wiring problem" and they have to dig and the digging should begin "soon". I then called at the beginning of December 2016 because AGAIN no work has been done. The woman spoke to her manager and said by next Friday it will be done (December 16, 2016). Friday came and went- nothing. I called Monday December 19, 2016- she said they will be there tomorrow, Tuesday December 20, 2016. It is now Wednesday, December 21, 2016..... NO WORK HAS BEEN DONE.

I am at my wits end. I have been patient and understanding that they are busy but you cannot tell me that it takes 3 months to fix a light or give me multiple dates for when the light will be fixed and then it is not fixed. I WANT/NEED THIS LIGHT FIXED YESTERDAY. There are children on this street, I have elderly family members coming to my house for Christmas. It is too dark.

Could SOMEONE who knows what they are doing, help me out? Appreciated.
