Picture of the water on the road. This was taken today, and there hasn't been any precipitation to produce this kind of puddle. All of the rest of the roads in the area are completely dry.

It still appeared to be leaking this morning. All the rest of the road was dry, but the area in question was still very much wet.

There were two leaks like this on my street a while back and both ended up requiring an excavator to dig down to the pipe. As long as this has been going on and as much as seems to be coming out in a constant manner (the constant wet spot is a lot larger than was on my street), I'd be surprised if they don't end up having to dig up some of the road or the median.

If/when crews go to look, they might want to check on the west side of the traffic circle too. I've started to notice some smaller puddles on dry days that look like more than just residual moisture collected in the cracks in the road.

Here's a photo from the West side of the traffic circle taken today (2/16/17). Note there hasn't been any precipitation in over 24 hours when this picture was taken.

It doesn't look any different... There's still quite a bit of water on the road like there always is... Obvious that something is STILL leaking.
