I live in the Bridgewater subdivision in Pooler for the last 12 years the following picture was taken at the conner of Brooklyn Way and Quacco Rd. Maintenance on the ditch has not been performed in so long that trees are growing in the ditch obstructing the flow of rain water help in this matter would be greatly appreciated!
