PW (522) repaired driveway with cold mix on 1/3/2016.

The driveway wasn't repaired at this time on 01/03/2017. The supervisor stated that he couldn't repair it because the pipe over the drainage was an inch over on the city waste whatever that suppose to mean, I don't know. All I know that my son is disabled and in a wheelchair and is on a fixed income and cannot afford to pay for such damage.He is in need for despeparte assistance, so if you can find in you all hearts to help him with this matter it will be greatly appreciated.
