Residents of the area need to keep calling the police and any city official till this gets taken care of. This site sometimes works but a lot of times it's just a place where people voice their concerns which gives them false hope that this will take care of it. Keep calling and have everyone else call as well. You can also post on the police departments facebook page and don't forget to tell them you have called numerous times if you have and nothing is getting done.
