I have noticed that the tenants or owners of 24787 Fairview Avenue in unincorporated Hayward (Fairview) has recently brought in pavement and made a large driveway down towards a barn when no valid building permit exists (verified through permit portal). The fence along the front/side yard of this property are over the 4 feet limit. There has been what looks like paint cans or other hazardous materials left in the front/side yard, along with unused cyclone fencing rolls and a growing firewood pile. A portable restroom has been left out in a field. A large metal moved-on storage container can be found in the back yard of the home. The garage on this property is in really bad shape and falling apart: windows are boarded up, the roof is falling in and the building looks dangerously unsecured. There is a large pile of concrete forms and other construction debris piled high behind this garage and left behind after a barn build that received a final months ago according to the permit portal.
