Description

Last year, two of the three bollards blocking entrance to Splash Pad Park were stolen. As a result, the city installed new locks which have disappeared sometime in the last couple of months. I don't know who is responsible - a city employee? farmers market management? the Christmas Tree lot but I'd hate to see tore bollards stolen.
