Description

Traffic signals at intersections of blvd & Riley road AND blvd & mcshane change for non existent traffic. Light at riley & blvd for north/southbound traffic is green only for 15 seconds. Changes for no traffic coming from riley road. Also the light at mcshane & blvd changes for no reason. I thought all signals have sensors. I've seen other people post about these lights.
The next big snow that comes I can see a lot of accidents happening because the light cycle is way too short for a heavily trafficked area such as the boulevard.
