Code Enforcement will look into this as soon as possible.

Code Enforcement and Building Inspector did investigate and found the structure is unsafe. A case has been opened and property owner has 14 days to contact the Planning & Zoning Department and or abate the violation.

2nd Notice has been issued to the property owner. Property owner will have 7 days to contact the City and or abate the violation.

Property owner has contacted C.E.O and is in the process of abating the violation. C.E.O will update as progress is made.

Progress is being made. C.E.O will update again as progress is completed.
