Description
The water main access pipes (?) in our alley behind 3411 Monument Ave are very, very exposed from gravel erosion and sticking up quite far. As a result, cars hit them and now a cover has been damaged, creating a big hole. This is dangerous to not only the cars that use the alley, but for kids and pets that live in the surrounding homes.
