Pinellas County Utilities assigned this issue to Pinellas County Code Enforcement

This is a code enforcement violation, so this has been sent to Pinellas County Code Enforcement as this is a violation of the housing codes.

It appears that Code Enforcement in Pinellas Co does not take reports seriously, especially any that have to do with health, safety, of residents here at Caladesi RV Park. It leads one to believe that special entitlements/or priviledges are extended to Chris Kappas and Dennis Kappas, owner(s) of the park as Code Enforcement repeatedly ignores, dissmisses claims here. Perhaps the Florida Association of Code Enforcement in Orlando should get involved to deal with non response of issues reported to Code Enforcement in Pinellas Co at Caladesi RV Park, Palm Harbor, FL
The Health Department has been here twice, observed health violations (human waste dumped outside on ground and under rental unit for months). Report has been received.

Report strong odor of human waste outside since October 2016 at rental unit 22B - was not looked at or fixed until three days ago.
Reported issues with toilet not flushing, filled with human waste to owners - CHRISTOS KAPPAS. He informed me that they would try putting in some RidX and that I would have to wait at least two days before fixing. I was told to have to use community bathrooms located two blocks from where lot 22b is located. Senior resident with recent major surgery - which Kappas knows but didn't matter to Chris Kappas and or Dennis Kappas. Ongoing issues with fixing rental units in the park (over 20 being rented out annually) that aren't fixed or unattended to. Numerous health, safety and housing code violations at Caladesi RV Park (including parking RV's too close to each other - need five feet from fence and others; garbage/waste left on numerous lots throughout the park; fencing falling down/need to be removed/replaced; parking of RV rental units in flooded areas and next to creek; pool needs to be cleaned and tested; dogs have reportedly been in the pool; illegal parking of vehicles in roads preventing emergency vehicles access; illlegal parking of vehicle/RVs on Pinellas Co property along Dempsey Road; dumping of human waste in creek and more). The Code Enforcement Dept continues to turn a blind eye to the serious violations at Caladesi RV Park January 2017
