Description

Pinellas Trail public access point has been deliberately obscured by the adjacent property owner.
Even if Pinellas County ultimately gifts the right-of-way to the owner, the trail access point is the county's. The county doesn't need to wait for the continuation of Pinellas BCC Case #20-1174A to restore the access point to its intended public use.
