Ever since the repaving several years ago, water collects on the corner of Sea Shadow and West Window Way. This was slated to be repaired in 2015 but nothing was ever done. During the winter, ramp from the sidewalk to the street becomes a thick sheet of ice, particularly during times of thaw and refreeze. In the summer, the puddle remains long enough for mosquitoes to breed. Please come fix the drainage down Sea Shadow as promised many, many months ago.
