THERE ARE ONLY TWO DRAINS ON THIS STREET. RESIDENT SAYS THE STREET IS FLOODED WITH WATER AND THE DRAINS ON EACH SIDE ARE NOT TAKING ANY WATER. PLEASE INVESTIGATE.
