Description

There is a rotten utility pole in the alley behind 1110 Wellman (alley between Wellman and Clinton, England and Lacy). This was replaced with a new pole beside it years ago, has been marked for removal with yellow tape at least 3 times over the past six years. There are no lines (cable, phone, power) connected to it. It is a breeding place for starlings, whose droppings are a health hazard. I have tried through email (Brandy.Kent@hsvutil.org) to get Huntsville Utilities to take care of this and my emails are no longer replied to or acknowledged. Some help on this would be much appreciated.
