Description
The ditches on the side of the road are not draining due to the covered portion in front of the church. Rainwater drains in all places except behind this covered portion. Culverts are clogged and hindering drainage, causing flooding on the road, in yards, and in backyards. The ditch on the side of the road is not functional due to multiple cars falling into it, rutting up the ground.
