Description
Storm drain culvert is totally obstructed with rock and sand due to heavy rain runoff from Green Mountain. Storm runoff runs over the top of the culvert causing erosion of underground utilities. Debris is washed into the street. Could possibly cause hydroplaning when driving down the steep sloped street around the corner. The culvert opening needs to be opened to 100% diameter to allow debris to be flushed through pipe or it will clog again.
