Description

Drivers turning left on green light from Lowther Rd. stop to allow traffic from I-83 ramp to merge ahead of them, stopping flow of traffic thru the light, causing cars behind them to be stuck in the intersection when the light changes. Cars exiting I-83 have a Yield sign.
