This lane is in Moore, on the side road near the post office, at a Moore intersection.
Closing my issues without a resolution simply makes me want to find more issues to post...

This is still an issue for ODOT. We will recommend that the area is reviewed and see if any changes can be made during rebuilding or redevelopment of the area from the tornado damage.

For the last time, please stop closing my tickets. Acknowledging that there is an issue does not mean that it is resolved. I will be more than happy to file a complaint and lobby for others to do the same.

ssphotodesign, What's your goal here? It's been explained this app is for City issues. If you'd call ODOT who designs, maintains and fields complaints concerning highway issues something might get resolved. Quit harassing the City over State issues.

This forum is for issues the City of Moore Municipal Government can address by fixing or forwarding to the appropriate agency. Issues will be closed once forwarded to the appropriate agency if it is an issue that is not managed by the City of Moore. Thank you for telling me that seeclickfix is ONLY for city of moore, but I don't agree. I'm sorry that you are the one receiving the reports, but fact remains that this intersection appears to have been designed by a gradeschool dropout. Until the intersection is fixed, I don't care by who, this ticket will remain open.

Rtwill, this website IS NOT only for city issues, it is for infrastructure issues. I would also argue that this intersection, being on a side road and connecting to 4th street, does affect moore, regardless of who designs and maintains this particular chunk of concrete. The fact is long before Jayme was a member of seeclickfix, he was closing my tickets, without forwarding on to the department in charge, simply to keep open tickets from showing up within moore. I'm sorry if i am offending you by actively finding ways to improve our community, but someone has to.

I would also like to point out that the City of OKC does not try to close tickets for me. And they are actually correcting issues.

ssphotodesign.... The City of Moore is the only agency that has administrator permissions to acknowledge or close issues for a government agency for Moore. I do not know or did we ask Rtwill to respond to this post. Just because you report an issue does not require us to fix the issue exactly the way you would like it to be resolved. We have stated on several occasions that this has been passed along to the appropriate agency. If you would like to receive a response from ODOT please contact them using a forum that they monitor or use the system they have in place. We will change this to acknowledged and will close out the issue in 6 months.

SSPhotodesign: As has been said, I don't know anyone with the City of Moore. Before I commented on this I read all of your comments on SCF. I noticed a pattern, a pattern of complaining and rudeness. I'm not offended but I think you'll find you'll have much more success by being nice and respectful instead of taking a victim tone and aggressive attitude. The ODOT obviously is the place you should contact and your insistence on leaving this issue active only makes other issues that the City can resolve more diluted. You can obviously act how you'd like but being nice might take you further.

Also, for the record, I agree that the lane you speak of is too narrow and it's basically useless as designed. Several times I've seen cars blocking both lanes trying to turn right there.

Rtwill, I'm not being rude. I am however complaining. Thats what this site is for, to highlight issues that need to be fixed. I as a taxpayer pay for this crappy work, and most city workers couldn't care less if the job is done right, (but not all). I have been very expressive in the past specifically in moore because my tickets kept getting closed, and some still are, without bing corrected.
I am however pleased that Jayme has decided to actually use the "acknowledge" option instead of closing this and a few other tickets. Like I've said before, I simply want to improve the infrastructure, on my end by bringing it to someones attention. It has worked on numerous occasions in oklahoma city.

This issue should be closed since the proper authority (ODOT) doesn't monitor these reports. City of Moore should close here, and the reporting party contact ODOT directly.

maybe you should petition SCF to report it to the correct agency, it's not my fault the issue is passed to someone who can't fix it. BTW, this has been offered up since 2012 and the area has seen construction (and is currently under construction) yet they still haven't corrected the issue.

You’re the one most concerned about it, and have been told multiple times this is the wrong place to report. Please call or write ODOT directly since they haven’t acknowledged the original post here, and they are the only ones who can do anything about this issue.
