Description

The whole of Tidewater between High Street and the road to the Tidewater rowing center is dangerous for bikes (and damaging to cars). There are numerous deep potholes. This is dangerous for the kids who ride to the rowing center. I ride from Alameda to the Coliseum Amtrak and take this road to get to the MLK shoreline trail, and have to dodge the huge potholes while keeping my eyes open for cement trucks. In the rain it's worse, as you cannot see how deep the holes are.
