Raccoons, skunks, opossums are still a major health issue as the trash remains in the alley (tenants refuse to clean it) because this is being used as a boarding house not the 2 family home that it is. This has been an issue for more than a year. The animals are seen coming from the filthy alley. The house has become a terribke eyesore and health hazard on a street with well-maintained homes.
