The man who owns this house has a hauling business. Perhaps this is his idea of advertising(?). Nevertheless, it is a disgrace that is visible to all who pass by. He has a black tarp under the bushes in the front yard with an array of junk on top of it. On the side of his house, he has more junk. If he wants to collect junk indoors, that's his prerogative. However, it is an eyesore for the rest of us, especially his neighbors, to see this growing collection of junk and trash.
