The left north bound turning lane on Rt 11 at Taft road is dangerous and needs to be leveled. The ruts are about 3 to 4 inches deep, which grab a motorcycle and can dump it if trying to change from one side of the lane to the other.

Taft was repaired but not Rt 11.
But the approach on Southbay was.
Must be a boundary issue.
