It has been 10 days since I reported this issue and the abandoned car remains parked on the road with a flat tire. The street sweeper was by last week and could not clean the curb. I would like the county to press the owner to do something. His style in the past is to take all the time he is allowed and then some. Meanwhile the rest of us who try to make Tierra Verde a pleasant place to live have to put up with this eyesore. Lawn is nonexistent and tiles are stacked on a section of bare roof. Throw the book at him. He is making all of us look like fools.

We have an open complaint in the computer, compliance has not been met and there are daily fines against the owner of the property. Code Enforcement does not have the ability to tow a vehicle and the Sheriff's Department needs the tag to be invalid before they can tow the vehicle.
