I grew up on a farm on Old Joppa Road and the county mowed the sides of the roar 6 - 8 feet off the road. Check property records, property owners own to the center of the road, but the county maintains the sides of the road. Shore Drive is a residential community and we should expect a properly maintained road side. Now citizens have grown tired of the eye sore! Several years ago the county used an extension brush cutter and cut down all the growth. Lets serve the citizens of the county.

Lets help the citizens and pick up the cuttings on the side of the road or come down to Joppa and take care of the eye sore.

Jane, is there any way Harford County can work with DNR to clear additional brush on a regular basis?
