This SCF is being closed by the Pinellas County Public Works Department “Doing Things for YOU!” However, Work Request # 1606599 has been assigned and will remain open until work is finalized. This issue has been released to our pipe replacement contractor, QRC., Inc. They are contracted with Pinellas County Public Works to remove and replace the existing metal stormwater pipes. By removing and replacing the existing metal stormwater pipes with new concrete pipes creates a newer and more dependable stormwater network.This type of project is funded by the Surface Water Utility Fee. We are waiting for a construction schedule from the contractor and notice of start date
