Noted that at property located at 4090 Bluefish that the visibility is obstructed when driving along bluefish but maybe caused by driveway visibility ordinance due to the makeup of the property. started codes case #17-4226 for codes to further review. There was no street parking of any trailer but did speak to individual at 4080 Bluefish about issue and they stated that they now park their trailer at a different location and not on the street. Will also review to see if a stop sign would be appropriate at this location.

I personally feel out city has been and is doing a wonderful job in our community. Also, the trailer that was in the street had been moved from the street for several days by the time this report was made. It was used for moving until permanent parking was obtained... I travel up Bluefish daily and never have an issue with the street as long as I slow down. Perhaps you should not speed up and down the street.
