Description

There is a lot of trash in and around the creek remaining from Hurricane Matthew flooding - lots of plastic bags that got stuck in trees during the high floodwaters and remained when water receded. When you walk on the bridges and get close to the banks these bags are hanging like christmas ornaments and they won't fall out on their own.
