A black Dodge caravan with no plates has beed parked near the garage of 801 levick st but the garage is on montour st
this car has not moved in months
parking is at a premium in this neighborhood and every space is needed
this is not the only issue here there is an abandoned old fir truck on the same block
i'm told the owner has moved away from the neighborhood and has just left it
this truck takes up 3 parking spaces
