This was closed because the City of Raleigh does not currrently have a litter removal program. The City removes litter from city owned property; it is the responsibility of the property owner to remove litter from their property. A significant amount of litter may be a violation of the City Code. If you wish to report a possible violation of the City Code, please call the Code Enforcement Division at 919-996-2444.
