Description
Due to the numerous traffic detours in the area as well as the train, Hancock Rd (towards Broad St) gets backed up every day. The green light should be longer at the intersection of Hancock and Broad so more people frm Hancock can get through that intersection. Other drivers are trying to turn into the businesses right near the intersection, and the whole place is a mess.

This road is going to get worse with the Andale community being built a little up the street.
I'm not sure if Hancock st. is meant to be used as a freeway in such a manner. At some point, something will have to be done to address the traffic on Hancock in the hopes of alleviating it and making it safer for both drivers and pedestrians.
