Note: this was reported previously. I am reporting again due to insufficient reason for dismissing the initial report. This building has a fence that is NOT on and supersedes their property line. Please explain in detail why this building is allowed to take up a portion of the alley limiting ingress and egress for the neighborhood of Lang's historic Bungalow court.

This was closed because it was determined the required clearance for Lang Ct is 7 feet and there is 9 feet, 6 inches between the power pole and fence. You can read the results from the case and find contact information for the investigating officer by following the link below:
