This has been an ongoing problem that I've been reporting since last February 2016. We've had crews come out to fix it, but the underlying big problem is that the beach outfall is completely 100% buried and blocked. I talked to the two guys that came out last summer to fix it with the VAC truck and they agree. Both this beach outfall and the one at Seagate are completely blocked. This is why Shore Drive floods during the rain; All of Seagate ends up draining to the intersection of Shore and West Great Neck. 757-496-7450 if you want tot discuss.
