Description

There is a manhole cover on the side walk of in front of my store (11 Spring Street) sticking out and it is raising a serious concerns that people might tip over on it and sustain injuries. I made phone calls to gas and electricity companies after I was advised by the DPW to call them. They came and determined it sewage and fall into town's responsibility. Please address this issue as soon as possible.
