Description

Hello. I noticed the tree behind our house located in the alley is obstructing the power line. Are we suppose to chop the tree down ourselves or does the city take care of that? I'm just worried about the high winds breaking the branches and bringing down the power line. Please advise. Thank you! Sarayl
